Job Summary

Responsible for performing delivery, sales-related, and administrative errands to support daily business operations. Ensures the safe and timely transport of documents, payments, and office supplies while maintaining proper handling of company transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sales-related errands, including collection of documents such as Tax Declarations, Tax Clearances, and Certified True Copies.
• Process payments for Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Documentary Stamp Tax (DST) related to sales transactions.
• Perform clerical errands such as picking up monthly billings, photocopying and scanning documents, sending documents via courier, collecting invoices, and dropping billings in designated mailboxes.
• Process payments at Meralco and other service providers.
• Conduct canvassing, sourcing, and purchasing of office and operational supplies while ensuring cost efficiency.

• At least High School Graduate.
• With a valid professional or non-professional drivers license.
• Familiar with routes in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu City, and nearby areas, including government offices.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and organized.
• Able to manage multiple errands and meet deadlines.

• With prior experience as a messenger, driver, or office runner.
• Familiar with processing transactions in government offices (BIR, Registry of Deeds, City Hall, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of document handling and administrative tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic vehicle maintenance awareness.
• Good navigation and route planning skills.
