.Net Developer

Constellation Search Group is looking for a Senior Software Engineer for a full-time direct hire position. The position requires expertise in developing secure and efficient code to handle various functionalities such as donor tracking, organ and tissue workflows, and registry integrations. The successful candidate will excel in a collaborative environment and contribute to the platform's continuous enhancement and integration.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop new features and functionality across the full stack, involving front-end, back-end, database, and integration points.
• Collaborate with engineers on team programming efforts and cross-product engineering projects.
• Employ best practices for testing, developing unit and integration tests using xUnit and other frameworks.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including inline comments and workflow documentation in Confluence.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with Product and Quality Assurance teams to deliver stable features and support project kickoffs and wrap-ups.
• Work with container and deployment technologies to maintain a scalable deployment environment.
• Mentor team members in technology best practices and perform code reviews.

Qualifications:

• Over 6 years of experience in building and maintaining production web applications.
• Proficient in C# and .NET (having an ASP.NET MVC or Web API background).
• Strong skills in SQL, comfortable with writing migrations and operating in a stored-procedure-heavy environment.
• Experienced with JavaScript/TypeScript frontends; familiarity with Vue.js or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
