We are seeking an IT Project Manager (m/f/d) starting August 1, 2026

Your Responsibilities

• Independent planning, management, and monitoring of large or complex IT and SAP projects—from initiation through implementation to successful completion.
• Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary project teams, including stakeholder management, resource planning, and managing external partners.
• Creating and maintaining project plans, status reports, risk analyses, and decision-making documents for management and steering committees.
• Establishment, further development, and practical implementation of standardized PM methods, tools, and templates within IT.
• Supporting IT support staff in monitoring compliance with defined processes, documentation standards, and reporting formats across the project portfolio.
• Conducting lessons-learned workshops and actively promoting a professional, learning-oriented project culture.
• Coaching individual IT colleagues on PM methods, clarifying role understandings, and supporting them in preparing their own projects.

Your Qualifications

• Clear, audience-appropriate communication and confident enforcement of defined standards.
• Structured, process-oriented work to keep projects stable, organized, and prioritized.
• Team-oriented, reliable collaboration with IT, business units, administrative staff, and external partners.
• Pragmatic problem-solving and confident handling of conflicts and bottlenecks.
• High level of personal responsibility and resilience when managing multiple parallel projects.
• Extensive experience in the IT environment – deep understanding of processes, architecture, stakeholders, and typical challenges.
• Solid expertise in project management methodologies – confident use of PM tools and process models, ideally demonstrated by certifications such as PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI, or comparable qualifications.
• Experience in managing SAP projects
