Your Role
As E-commerce and Category management Specialist, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through planning, execution, and optimization of promotional campaigns.
This is a dynamic position combining campaign execution, cross-functional collaboration, and data analysis - offering strong exposure to commercial strategy and real business impact.
What You'll Do:
Campaign Creation & Execution
- Upload promotional banners, campaign mechanics, and terms to ensure timely and accurate go-live.
- Generate and launch promotional campaigns based on defined commercial objectives and criteria.
- Actively participate in campaign planning, taking into account KPIs as order value, gross margin, average order value.
- Monitor active and upcoming campaigns (products, discounts, communication) to ensure flawless execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with the IT team to ensure accurate technical setup and smooth implementation of campaigns.
- Partner with the Brand Marketing & Creative team to align promotional messaging and deliver excellent customer experience across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to develop merchandising tactics and promotional initiatives that showcase the product range in the most compelling way.
Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Extract and analyze performance data from active and past campaigns using internal tools (Looker).
- Support the team in analyzing sales data to identify bestsellers, underperforming categories, and growth opportunities by country.
- Investigate campaign-related cases and provide technical support to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You'll Need:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role (trade marketing, campaign management, category management, or e-commerce)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills - comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Goal-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
