Junior Brand manager

Ozone Entertainment is one of Bulgaria's largest and fastest-growing e-commerce projects. Our current portfolio includes Ozone.bg, our international arm with websites in Romania, Greece, and Croatia, as well as our retail stores Ozone Live, Ozone Games, and Ozone Pro.

The Marketing department at Ozone.bg is continuing its expansion to accommodate the management of all our current brands and enable further growth in both Bulgaria and Europe. We are currently looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage marketing activities for assigned product categories, aligned with performance forecasts and positioning goals;
• Ensure category participation in company-wide marketing campaigns;
• Organize product launches and targeted marketing initiatives based on commercial insights support sales through market research, brand analysis, and trend monitoring;
• Execute co-marketing agreements in line with the company’s co-marketing process.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a role similar to Junior Brand Manager;
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel;
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field;
• Proactive and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
• Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment;
• Team-oriented, self-driven, and detail-focused.
