Job Description

• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that could influence business growth and strategic decisions.
• Lead data-centric projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to integrate data insights into business processes, tailoring efforts toward key outcomes such as user growth, revenue incrementation, and app engagement, while adapting to evolving business directions.
• Construct and maintain both key performance reports and detailed analytical reviews to monitor the effectiveness of ShopeePay's operations.
• Perform data cleaning and transformation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data within the datamart.
• Support the enhancement and optimization of data infrastructure, including data pipelines, data models, and reporting frameworks, to improve scalability and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance/Banking, Statistics or other related fields.
• Strong ability to utilize SQL for complex data querying and analysis.
• Ability to work with Python is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive project milestones and deliver results in a timely manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and logical approach to addressing business challenges.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate insights and complex information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, or applying generative AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and business processes is advantageous.
