Rivo is building an AI-native real estate brokerage designed for the next generation of agents and buyers.

We believe the future of real estate will be driven by AI-powered workflows, conversational customer journeys, and lean, high-performance agents supported by intelligent automation.

Starting in Singapore, Rivo combines AI-driven lead generation, WhatsApp-native customer engagement, and operational automation to help agents close more transactions with greater efficiency.

The company is founded by an ex-Google / Uber / Amazon operator and fourth-time founder with prior startup exit experience in EdTech.

We are now looking for a highly technical founding engineer / technical co-founder to help architect and build the AI and workflow infrastructure powering Rivo.

The Role

This is not a traditional “manage engineering teams” CTO role.

We are looking for a hands-on builder who wants to work at the intersection of:

• AI agents
• workflow orchestration
• conversational systems
• operational automation
• real-world service businesses

You will work directly with the founder to shape:

• product architecture
• AI workflows
• automation systems
• customer experiences
• engineering culture
• long-term technical moat

This role is ideal for someone excited by:

What We’re Building

Initial product focus includes:

• AI-powered lead qualification
• WhatsApp-native customer journeys
• automated follow-ups
• intelligent viewing booking
• agent workflow automation
• conversational transaction workflows
• operational tooling for AI-native brokerage operations

Over time, we believe this evolves into a broader AI-native operational layer for real estate services.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core backend architecture
• Develop AI agent workflows and orchestration systems
• Build conversational experiences powered by LLMs
• Own technical infrastructure and engineering decisions
• Work closely with the founder on product strategy and roadmap
• Ship quickly and iterate aggressively with real users
• Build scalable systems for messaging, workflows, and automation
• Help shape long-term technical vision and defensibility

Ideal Background

We care far more about capability and obsession than pedigree.

Strong candidates may have experience in:

• AI/LLM applications
• agentic workflows
• backend systems
• automation infrastructure

Experience with some of the following is a plus:
