TASKS WITH IMPACT

• You prepare presentations for middle and senior management and proofread documents – ensuring a high level of content accuracy and linguistic quality.
• You actively support projects and strategic initiatives, e.g. by conducting market analyses, in-depth research, and preparing data to serve as a basis for decision-making.
• You act as a reliable all-rounder for our three teams Credit & Fraud Management, Payment Features & Processes, and Order2Cash – whether during project peaks or as flexible support in busy seasons.
• You take on the coordination and preparation of appointments in the context of workshops or similar events.

Your Skills

• You have already gained initial practical experience in administrative tasks, ideally in the field of e-commerce or payment.
• You possess strong analytical and communication skills.
• You enjoy working with numbers and have sound knowledge in preparing presentation materials using MS PowerPoint.
• Your way of working is independent and structured, combined with a quick grasp of new topics.
• You are characterized by team spirit, resilience, and flexibility.
• You have excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
• You are able to communicate fluently and confidently in both German and English, written and spoken.
