The Advisor, Clinical Standards will be responsible for clinical training and safety compliance for their assigned markets, working closely with the Director of Nursing Practice and Improvement to support centers and drive outcomes.
Requirements
- Support 10-15 centers as their main clinical resource
- Collaborate with Center Managers, Market Launch/Support Teams, and Operations to onboard MA’s, travel to centers to complete onboarding, site visits, training, and support
- Provide specialized training, including LS, ALICE, Verbal Judo
- Ensure lab safety and compliance in their assigned centers
- Complete monthly auditing
- Collaborate with the Providers and Center Manager to identify opportunities to improve clinical performance of back-office personnel and functions
