We are seeking a Recruiter to own the hiring process end-to-end from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, engaging and evaluating top talent, and managing hiring workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean sourcing, outbound recruiting, and ATS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours
