Requirements
- Maintain existing computer and network setups
- Administrate and support software and hardware
- Troubleshoot and effectively support and resolve user issues
- Diagnose and resolve of hardware, software, networking, and system issues
- Own and take action on the Joiner-Mover-Leaver Process
- Monitor and maintain IT compliance
- Security maintenance and assistance with performing security audits
- Document processes for users and administrators
- Keep up-to-date on new technologies and security risks
- Assist with implementing system and process improvements
