Overview

We're partnering with a globally recognised experiential agency to find a Senior Account Manager to join their San Francisco team.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of culture, technology, and live experience, delivering large-scale activations for one of the most influential tech brands in the world.

You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering IRL brand experiences, leading client relationships, and driving multiple programs from concept through execution. This role is ideal for a strong Account Manager ready to step up, or a Senior Account Manager looking to deepen their exposure to high-profile, tech-led experiential work.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of experiential programs, from initial briefing through to execution and reconciliation
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, budgets, and internal workflows
  • Develop and manage SOWs, budgets, and program timelines, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
  • Partner closely with creative, production, and digital teams to bring ideas to life
  • Oversee live activations, ensuring seamless execution on-site
  • Run internal and client status meetings, keeping all workstreams aligned and progressing
  • Monitor program performance, proactively identifying risks and solutions
  • Support organic growth opportunities across existing client accounts

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years' experience in account management, project management, or experiential marketing
  • Proven experience delivering IRL experiential activations
  • Strong client-facing experience, ideally as a primary contact
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of budgets, timelines, and resource management
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
  • Confident communicator, able to present ideas and build trust with clients and teams

Bonus Experience

  • Experience working with tech clients or brands
  • Background within a top-tier experiential agency
  • Exposure to global programs or multi-market activations
  • Currently operating as an Account Manager ready to step into a Senior role

Additional Details

  • Hybrid working model (San Francisco-based)
  • Opportunity to travel for live events and activations
  • Full benefits package including healthcare, bonus structure, and retirement plan
