Lokalizacja: model hybrydowy - 2 dni w tygodniu pracy w naszym biurze w Warszawie, z możliwością pracy zdalnej w pozostałe dni

Ścisła współpraca: zespoły Social Media, Creative, Strategy oraz Production

Co będziesz robić na co dzień?

• Samodzielnie prowadzić projekty dla naszych klientów – od briefu, przez harmonogramy i koordynację zespołu, aż po „wysłane i zatwierdzone”.
• Dbać, by zadania były dowiezione na czas i w jakości, z której jesteśmy dumni.
• Komunikować się z klientem w sposób jasny, konkretny i bez zbędnego chaosu.
• Pilnować budżetów, przygotowywać kosztorysy i aktualizować statusy w systemach agencji (Jira, Teams).
• Przygotowywać swój wkład w materiały przetargowe, prezentacje i case studies.

• Osoby mocnej organizacyjnie - potrafisz złapać kilka wątków naraz i ich nie zgubić.
• Kogoś samodzielnego - można Ci powierzyć projekt od A do Z.
• Dokładnej, dbającej o detale i dopinającej sprawy do końca.
• Osoby z doświadczeniem na poziomie accounckim/project management - w agencji, po stronie klienta lub w podobnym środowisku.
• Takiej, która swobodnie korzysta z PowerPointa, Excela, Worda oraz chętnie nauczy się nowych narzędzi.

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader group’s compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines. For this specific role, our offer will be determined within this range based on our internal benchmark, reflecting the specific market conditions for our discipline. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.

In addition to the salary range provided, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees' well-being and professional growth. While specific details may vary by agency, typical benefits often include: private medical care, professional development opportunities, training programmes and flexible working arrangements (where applicable). Some agencies may offer additional benefits.

Poland Pay Range

6 333 zł—12 500 zł PLN
