Job Title: Account Manager

Territory: Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia

Base Location: Warsaw, Poland (onsite, working from the office)

Reporting to: Central and Eastern Europe Sales Director

Language Requirements: fluent in Polish and English,


SUNMI develops innovative Android based solutions on Digital POS, Mobile POS, Handheld computer, Kiosks, Smart Pos Payment for Retail industry, Hospitality & Catering industry, Logistics and Transportation.


We are looking for an Account Manager to help grow and develop our network of partners, support and maintain existing clients, and boost our footprint and revenue in the Polish and Central European market. This role is open to both experienced professionals and motivated individuals looking to grow in account management.


What you will do:

  • Drive sales and execute the territory plan in Poland and Central Europe.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for Channel Partners and Key Accounts.
  • Manage and support the Sunmi Partners network.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners.
  • Understand customer needs to improve account management.
  • Promote Sunmi’s ecosystem and products across POS, Payment, Mobility, and Kiosk solutions.
  • Prepare presentations, trainings, and educate partners on Sunmi’s offerings and value.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into customers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and local teams on campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
  • Contribute to local business planning aligned with the Group’s global strategy.

You have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in developing and managing direct and indirect sales.
  • Business-level English and fluent Polish.
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with Distributors and Partners for long-term collaboration.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
  • Basic technical product knowledge.
  • Experience in POS, Payment, or Auto ID/Mobility industries is a plus.
  • Sales experience in IT hardware and/or software is a plus.
  • A problem-solving mindset, essential for working in a start-up environment.
