The Senior Business Analyst for Retail requires deep understanding of the Annuities value chain, lifecycle and data, with the ability to analyze how annuity submissions, case setup, policy issuance, and post-issue events flow across upstream intake systems, policy administration platforms, and downstream financial and reporting systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Requires 5–7+ years of relevant experience in business consulting, business analysis, or a related IT function
- Proven experience working within the annuities line of business, with ability to translate business terminology into technical requirements
- Strong understanding of business process, requirements management, delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), and testing principles
