We’re hiring a Head of Growth on behalf of our client — a growing independent wealth management firm based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

What you’ll own

  • Lead and execute the firm’s growth strategy
  • Drive organic business development initiatives
  • Partner with leadership on advisor recruiting efforts
  • Help train and elevate advisors around networking, business development, and wallet share
  • Collaborate with marketing to strengthen visibility and pipeline generation
  • Contribute to long-term expansion initiatives, including potential inorganic growth opportunities
