- Lead and coordinate cross-functional sales and marketing efforts related to Component
- Develop and implement integrated sales strategies that align component shop
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across component MRO, leveraging
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to generate demand, position services, and expand
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and other business units to align sales initiatives
- Drive cross-selling and bundled service opportunities across airframe, engine, and
- Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends to optimize strategies
- Establish and manage key customer relationships, serving as an executive sponsor for
- Lead the development of complex, multi-service proposals, including pricing strategies
- Define and implement short- and long-term goals, objectives, and operating procedures
- Oversee the development and delivery of sales materials, technical presentations, and customer communications.
- Support strategic business planning, including forecasting, market analysis, and growth initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial aviation/airline/MRO operations,

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with a high level of
- Working knowledge of FAR Part 121 and 145 requirements.
- Strong financial acumen along with ability to develop pricing models and proposals.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools; Expertise in Pentagon and/or HubSpot
