Head of Digital Delivery & AI Enablement (Up to 130k)

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week onsite

Monday is mandatory, with flexibility on the second day

Once a month, travel to Ireland

La Fosse are partnering with a fast-growing consumer business currently undergoing a major Digital and Customer Transformation Programme.

They are looking for an experienced Head of Digital Delivery & AI Enablement to lead delivery across a large-scale digital roadmap covering websites, mobile applications, customer data platforms and loyalty initiatives, whilst also helping shape the organisation’s AI strategy and governance.

This is a highly delivery-focused leadership role suited to someone who is technically credible, commercially aware and comfortable operating in fast-paced, complex environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Delivering Digital Transformation Programmes across customer-facing platforms, managing third-party partners and driving accountability across business and technology stakeholders.

Compensation:

This role is offering a salary of up to £130,000 + benefits package (subject to experience)
