Requirements
- Track procurement sites for RFP's and RFQ's.
- Maintain the proposal tracking and filing system.
- Serve as the marketing liaison to assigned practice areas.
- Learn the CRM system and Deltek Vantage Point.
- Open proposal files, prepare outlines, and coordinate meetings with project team.
- Gather content, graphics, and relevant information to assist with proposal development and other marketing needs.
- Prepare, edit, and finalize proposal submittals for SOQ's.
- Develop periodic content to be shared both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with office managers, practice leader(s), and project managers to understand history of projects, clients, and the work currently underway.
- Collaborate and support marketing, business development, and other teams as required.
- Assist with conference and event planning.
- Serves on Committees and Teams as requested by management.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar field of study is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing professional services, proposal development, graphic design, or other relevant experience
- Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills required.
- Ability to work under stringent deadlines
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license.
