About the Role:

• Job Title: Data Scientist
• Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid)
• Summary: This is a Marketing Data Science role. Marketing analytics experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with senior management, technical and client teams to determine data requirements and best practices for data manipulation.
• Design, implement, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processes.
• Modify existing databases, test programs, correct errors, and make necessary modifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or related field.
• 8-10 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with database technologies, ETL processes, and at least one scripting language.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Desire to work with data and help businesses make better data-driven decisions.

Explain a typical day in the role

• Partner with Marketing, business, and finance teams to understand and analyze digital marketing campaigns, create measurement plans, and drive post-mortem analyses.
• Build segmentation and KPI foundations for performance marketing and collaborate with analytics engineers on building automations and reporting.

What is the ideal background of a candidate for this role?

• We are ideally looking for a professional with direct marketing experience in digital products, preferably in gaming.

• Marketing analytics
• SQL/Python
• Databricks is strongly preferred for candidates to have but not required

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$145,000 - $187,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
