We are partnering with a growing fast casual restaurant group seeking a Director of Operations to oversee multi-unit operations, drive performance, and support continued expansion across the market. This individual will be responsible for leading operational strategy, coaching field leadership, improving systems and processes, and ensuring strong financial and cultural performance across the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys building teams, developing talent, and scaling operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple fast casual restaurant locations

• Lead, coach, and develop Area Directors and General Managers to improve operational execution and guest experience

• Drive sales growth, profitability, labor management, and food cost performance across the market

• Ensure operational consistency, brand standards, and strong customer satisfaction metrics

• Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, growth planning, and operational improvements

• Support new store openings, training initiatives, and market expansion efforts

• Analyze P&Ls, KPIs, and operational reporting to identify opportunities and drive results

• Build a strong culture focused on accountability, hospitality, and team development

• Assist in creating scalable systems and processes as the company continues to grow

Qualifications:

• Multi-unit operations leadership experience within fast casual, QSR, or restaurant hospitality environments

• Experience overseeing multiple locations with full P&L responsibility

• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

• Experience with new unit openings and operational scaling preferred

• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret operational and business metrics

• Hands-on operator mentality with willingness to be in the field regularly

Compensation:

• Base salary range: $120,000 - $150,000

• Bonus opportunity
