ZyG is revolutionizing eCommerce with the first Agentic Operating System for eCom scale.

This end-to-end platform helps product inventors and entrepreneurs turn their products into successful Direct-to-Consumer businesses, addressing the three key challenges of eCom scale: poor product bets, lack of scale infrastructure, and the need for often-complex financing.

With a connected system of AI Agents built on a unified data infrastructure, the OS analyzes scale-market fit, replaces the fragmented tools, agencies, and manual workflows that typically power eCom growth, and offers the financing needed for DTC scale.

The Role

We are looking for a high-caliber GTM Operator to pilot this engine: someone to identify the right brands for our platform, design the optimal commercial DNA and go-to-market, and lead the execution of growth - for dozens of our future partners.

This is a role for a master practitioner who wants to define the future of how consumer brands are built and scaled.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Selection & Due Diligence: Navigate a high-volume funnel of global consumer brands to identify founders and products with "winning" DNA.
  • Brand Narrative & GTM: Define the D2C strategy, including value props, hooks, and creative briefs, while auditing agentic output.
  • Commercial Architecture: Design the business model and monetization strategy- including pricing, bundles, and subscriptions- for the CRO.
  • High-Velocity Execution: Monitor dozens of monthly launches and analyze real-time performance data to pivot strategies or provide final audits.
  • Methodical Systems: Maintain rigorous documentation of every test, insight, and roadmap to build our internal knowledge base.
  • Product Evolution: Provide the strategic intuition to refine agentic workflows, collaborating with R&D to continuously improve effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5–7 Years of Marketing/Growth Experience: Proven track record in D2C/E-commerce, Brand Management, Product Marketing (PMM), or Agency Strategy/Planning.
  • Superior Business Acumen: Ability to look at a product and immediately see the business model, the alternatives, and how the numbers need to move.
  • Consumer Market Proficiency & Passion: Deep knowledge of the US consumer landscape and what makes a brand story resonate with a modern audience.
  • Marketing Strategy & Narrative Design: Experience in developing high-level marketing strategies, including defining unique brand angles, value propositions, and compelling storytelling.
  • Methodical Execution & Project Management Capabilities: You operate with the rigor of a professional Project Manager. You find satisfaction in building perfectly organized systems, managing complex timelines, and maintaining well-documented workflows.
