Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies aligned to business objectives and margin goals
- Lead supplier negotiations, RFPs, and contract management to ensure competitive pricing and supply continuity
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and R&D to drive cost savings, support new product development, and mitigate risk through supplier diversification
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and key indices to inform sourcing decisions
- Implement cross-business unit strategies and lead value engineering (VAVE) and innovation initiatives with suppliers
- Establish and track KPIs, dashboards, and forecasts, including budget and financial planning inputs
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, internal controls, and corporate social responsibility standards
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on supply dynamics and participating in S&OP and executive reviews
- Lead and develop a team of 8, driving performance, accountability, and succession planning
- Ensure effective execution of purchasing strategies across sites, including supplier bidding, contracting, and compliance
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders
- Contribute to executive committees and business reviews
- Oversee vendor governance and adoption of corporate tools and programs
- This position requires a master's degree (MBA Degree preferred) in a Technical or Business-related field (Business, Supply Chain, Marketing)
- 10 years of experience within a supply chain or purchasing role.
- Candidate needs to be a self starter, organized, able to handle multiple projects, determine priorities and have the ability to manage pressure and stress.
- Candidate must be able to conduct activities in a confidential and secure manner.
- Candidate needs to have the following skills:
- Expertise in leading high spend/complexity RFP's
- Contract understanding and redaction
- Supplier relationship management
- Great negotiation skills
- Full understanding of P2P process
- Ability to hire and manage teams effectively and deliver results
- Great team player and can easily work across business units
- Great communication skills and ability to very clearly convey messages to Senior Management (both verbally and in writing)

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $165,000 to $264,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 24% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $205,200 to $327,900. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee. This role may also be eligible to participate in the Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program which is awarded annually at management’s discretion.
