Financial Analyst

Location: Dublin City Centre

Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid

Compensation: Up to €65k basic plus bonus, pension, healthcare etc

Our client, a well-known and highly regarded financial services firm, is recruiting for a Financial Analyst to join its Dublin finance team. This permanent role will suit a recently qualified accountant (industry experience is not required) who is keen to gain experience in an analytical role with a commercial project focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain regular reporting to track performance against operational metrics at both team and individual level.
• Deliver financial insights and analysis to support different business areas.
• Partner with senior finance stakeholders on presentations and reporting needs.
• Contribute to or lead finance-related projects where appropriate.
• Assist with additional projects on an as-needed basis.
• Present updates on performance metrics at individual level when required.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

Key Skills

• Newly qualified ACA/ACCA (0-3 years PQE)
• Excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset
