Marketing Associate, Brand Design

We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Associate Brand Designer to support the development of marketing and brand assets across digital, presentation and social channels.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has already built a strong foundation in design through internships, agency experience, freelance work or a previous in-house role.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual instincts with attention to detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to a collaborative marketing team.

As an Associate Brand Designer you will:

• Design marketing materials including social graphics, PowerPoint/PDF presentations, newsletters, email graphics and other branded collateral
• Maintain and apply brand standards consistently across all creative assets
• Collaborate closely with marketing team members and internal stakeholders on creative requests and project timelines
• Create and edit photography and video content for marketing and branding initiatives
• Maintain and update SharePoint intranet pages and support ongoing firmwide improvements
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization
• Design and edit newsletters and marketing content within HubSpot
• Support website updates and content improvements through WordPress, including SEO-related updates and optimization

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of graphic design or marketing design experience through a full-time role, internship, freelance work or agency experience
• Comfortable creating and editing marketing materials in Canva
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel for editing and formatting deliverables
• Strong attention to detail in both creative execution and administrative tasks
• Strong commitment to collaboration, accountability and meeting deadlines
• Ability to receive feedback, adapt quickly and work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting corporate marketing or professional services environments
• Familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress and SharePoint
• Interest in SEO and digital marketing best practices
• Experience with basic video editing or multimedia content creation
