La Casita is an Adult Medical Day Care facility serving the Merritt Iland nad Brevard County residents. It is attached to La Casa assisted living and memory care to complete a much needed continuum of care.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Merritt Island, FL. As the Executive Director, you will lead the strategic vision and daily operations of the organization. Responsibilities include overseeing key initiatives, managing budgets, driving organizational growth, and ensuring outstanding patient care and employee engagement. The Executive Director will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to uphold La Casita’s mission and maintain financial sustainability. You will also lead teams to achieve operational excellence and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in overseeing teams and departments
- Strategic planning and organizational development expertise
- Financial acumen, including budget management and resource allocation
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive organizational growth and foster a positive workplace culture
- Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare or a related industry is highly desirable
