We are currently seeking a responsible and reliable Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the store manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations. They will play a crucial role in managing inventory, assisting customers, and supervising staff, all while ensuring excellent customer service.
Pay Rate: $16.50
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with finding the right parts, provide product knowledge, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Know the importance of partnering with your teammates to drive company owned store initiatives
- Inventory protection, asset management, operational and safety issues
- Willingness to dive in and work in all aspects of each department
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and readiness of delivery vehicles, sales floor, stock room and outside areas
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Other tasks as assigned
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in an auto parts store or automotive industry or hobby/DIY world preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers
