We are hiring expert Norwegian transcribers to convert audio recordings into precise, conventionally formatted written transcripts.

Requirements

• Native fluency in Norwegian with lifelong residence or deep immersion in Norway
• Working knowledge of both Bokmal and Nynorsk orthography
• Ability to identify and transcribe major Norwegian regional dialects
• Comfort with the high degree of accepted dialectal variation in everyday Norwegian speech
• At least two years of professional transcription, captioning, court reporting, broadcast, translation, or linguistic annotation experience
• Demonstrated accuracy at the word level under deadline pressure
• Comfortable with web-based annotation platforms and variable-speed audio playback
