Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven experience working with scaling brands, SMEs, or founder-led businesses.
- Strong understanding of paid social and paid search strategy, optimisation, and reporting.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts with minimal supervision.
- Experience analysing campaign performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote agency environment.
