Project Lead

Hybrid: Lansing, MI

Pay Range: 60k-80k

We are seeking a Project Lead (PL) to support strategic Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This role will play a key part in coordinating efforts between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that IAM enhancements and platform changes are effectively communicated and implemented with minimal disruption.

About the Role

Lead and support IAM-related projects, including ongoing enhancements and new platform implementations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to communicate impacts, changes, and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Help manage risks, dependencies, and business impacts associated with IAM initiatives
• Utilize project management tools to track progress, document updates, and ensure transparency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3
• 1+ Years of experience leading or supporting enterprise-level projects, preferably in IAM or cybersecurity domains
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical impacts into business-friendly language

Required Skills

• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience supporting system implementations or platform migrations

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to security platforms
