Web Analytics Developer

We are seeking a talented Web Analytics Developer to join our Analytics Web Systems team. In this role, you will design, build, and support software applications that power both new and existing digital analytics solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality systems that drive data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and analytics tools
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and leadership to deliver effective solutions
  • Build robust, scalable, and maintainable systems aligned with best practices
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented and/or functional programming principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a high aptitude for logical thinking and pattern recognition
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving technologies and priorities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

  • 1+ Years of Experience with modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., Angular)
  • Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development
  • 2+ Years of Experience with backend technologies such as ASP.NET, WebAPI, Core MVC, C#, F#, or C++
  • Experience with SQL and database design
  • Exposure to automated testing, Agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
