General Laborer

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused General Laborers to support daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. This role is essential to keeping production moving efficiently and ensuring materials, products, and work areas are handled with care, accuracy, and attention to safety.

As a General Laborer, you will work closely with machine operators, supervisors, and warehouse staff to assist with material handling, packaging, cleaning, and basic production support. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions in a team-oriented setting. Candidates who are reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in an industrial environment will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished goods from trucks, pallets, and workstations
• Transport materials across the facility using pallet jacks, carts, or by hand
• Assist machine operators by supplying materials and removing finished products
• Package, label, wrap, and palletize products according to shipping requirements
• Support shipping and receiving functions, including staging materials and verifying counts
• Maintain clean and organized workstations to support safe and efficient operations
• Remove scrap materials, debris, and waste from production areas
• Follow all company safety rules and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Perform repetitive tasks while standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
• Inspect products visually for basic quality issues before packaging
• Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and team leads
• Meet daily production goals and assist wherever needed on the production floor
• Help with inventory movement and stock organization as required
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding workflow and material needs
• Participate in continuous improvement and housekeeping efforts across the facility

• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Comfortable working on your feet for 8–10 hours per day
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and hazard awareness
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and teamwork mindset
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts if required
• Pallet jack and/or forklift experience is a plus (training may be provided)
• Ability to work in an environment with noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
• Basic communication skills and attention to detail

This position is based on a busy manufacturing and warehouse floor. Employees should expect an industrial setting with exposure to machinery, moderate noise levels, and frequent movement throughout the facility.
