Overview

If you’re an early-career professional who is eager to learn, you take ownership, move fast, and want to lead, this is not just another job. This is a structured, entry-level, path into management.

At Summit Careers, we don’t hire experienced managers off the street, we build them. This role is designed for individuals who want to earn leadership through performance, not tenure. You’ll start by learning the business from the ground up and progress into a leadership role in under a year.


What You’ll Do

From day one, you’ll be actively involved in the core of our business:

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates
  • Manage employees throughout their lifecycle (performance, engagement, retention)
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver talent
  • Submit qualified candidates and manage the hiring process
  • Provide high-level customer service to both clients and employees
  • Support daily branch operations and drive results

This is a fast-paced, people-driven environment where urgency and attention to detail matter.


What We’re Looking For

We’re not looking for average. We’re looking for people who:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Take ownership and naturally step into leadership roles
  • Thrive with autonomy but stay accountable
  • Are highly detail-oriented and operate with urgency
  • Are competitive and driven, but still team-oriented
  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively
  • Want a clear path to management and are willing to earn it

Growth Path (Performance-Based)

This is a clearly defined, accelerated path into leadership:

  • Phase 1: Recruiting & Talent Management (~5-8 Months)
  • Phase 2: Account Management (~3-6 Months)
  • Phase 3: Operations Manager (Ideally under 12 months)


Your progression is entirely performance-driven. The faster you produce results, the faster you advance.
