We’re seeking a Content specialist, to create compelling, high-impact brand-relevant content for our website, digital activities, social media platforms and online business listings.
This role is built for someone who thinks in content and enthusiastically uses AI tools daily to produce high-quality content.
You will be responsible for creating engaging content that supports our brand voice digitally and on social media. From celebrating life’s special moments to everyday social, you will bring our brand to life across multiple platforms. You will also be managing our business listings, monitoring reviews and responding to questions.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands social trends, has a strong eye for content that performs and appreciates jewelry, affordable luxury and travel.
What You Will Do:
Create content for multiple touchpoints including social media, email, website (homepage,
PDP/PLP), and digital campaigns
Film social-first video content in our office, stores, and on-location throughout the Caribbean,
Mexico and the U.S. capturing special moments, product stories, and the everyday reality of
our guests interacting with our brand, staff and locations
Produce creator-style, UGC-inspired content that feels native to the platform
Stay on top of TikTok, Instagram, and jewelry/fashion trends, translating them into on-brand,
high-performing content
Oversee and maintain Google Business profiles and TripAdvisor pages for our locations,
including responding to reviews, keeping content up-to-date, flag problematic reviews and
work with team members to resolve any issues immediately
Ensure consistency in our brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content
Optimize content based on performance insights and platform best practices
Adapt content quickly based on trends, feedback and business needs
Monitor feedback and engage with guests and followers to ensure questions are answered
and experiences are positive
Measure and report performance, sharing wins, learnings and opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in social media content creation, preferably in jewelry, watches,
fashion or CPG
Strong portfolio showcasing social-first content, including organic and AI generated samples
Proficiency in video + photo editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or equivalent)
Comfortable shooting content in studio, in-store and informal/on-the-go settings
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends
Creative storyteller with strong visual and aesthetic sense, especially within jewelry or
fashion
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to attend events/activities outside of standard working hours, as required by the
role
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on attitude
