The Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day execution of Debt.com’s operational and marketing workflows. This position helps manage campaign setup, lead routing, reporting, quality assurance, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination across departments including marketing, sales, technology, and account management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and able to help keep systems, campaigns, and internal processes running efficiently.

Operations Associate Duties
- Support the setup, testing, and ongoing maintenance of campaigns, lead routing, and distribution logic within company platforms and systems
- Assist with quality assurance testing to ensure calls, leads, and campaign workflows are routing accurately
- Monitor campaign and reporting performance and help identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and operational issues in partnership with internal teams
- Build, maintain, and distribute recurring weekly and monthly reports
- Use Excel to analyze data, organize information, track performance, and support reporting needs
- Help document, improve, and maintain operational processes and procedures across departments
- Work closely with marketing, sales, creative, technology, and account management teams to support business initiatives and resolve workflow issues
- Assist with launching new products, campaigns, and operational initiatives across the Debt.com brand
- Support employee onboarding and training on internal systems and operational processes
- Help keep projects, tasks, and deliverables organized to support team efficiency and execution
- Provide general operational support and take on additional projects as assigned by leadership
- Other tasks to be assigned as needed by the Operation Director
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business or relevant equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years or more of relevant online marketing experience, preferably in financial products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of project management software: Jira a plus
- Experience working within an agile environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently
- Experience with Affiliate marketing platforms such as CAKE, Zoho, or Retreiver a plus
- Self-starters with a dedication to personal accountability and strong attention to detail
- Working on projects with monthly or weekly product release cycles
- Focused, metrics driven, no barriers, entrepreneurial, startup attitude
- Ability to calibrate with cross-functional teams to bring a product from conception to market
- The ability to communicate, both written and verbal, with people at all levels of an organization
- Affiliate marketing and project management experience a plus
- Required experience: Digital Marketing: 1-3 years
