What You’ll Do
- Lead and own critical projects or key workstreams, taking charge of project plans to ensure seamless execution and outstanding results. Projects often have enterprise-wide implications.
- Shape the future by developing and implementing project strategies that align with bold business objectives.
- Inspire and empower cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate with influence — engage stakeholders at all levels, from team members to senior leadership, keeping everyone aligned and energized.
- Anticipate and conquer challenges by identifying risks early and crafting innovative solutions.
- Champion best practices and share your expertise to elevate project delivery across the organization.
- Minimum of five years related work experience with two years of managing a project. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
- Consulting mindset and a passion for driving change. Direct consulting experience is a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
- Certifications like PMP, Prosci or Agile are highly valued.
