About the Role
We are hiring experienced FP&A Analysts to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems on real-world financial planning and analysis workflows. You'll work directly with researchers to improve how AI models reason about budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting — drawing on your Bloomberg Terminal expertise and day-to-day FP&A experience to ensure outputs reflect institutional realism.

Compensation: $150–$180/hour

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Design realistic FP&A scenarios and edge cases grounded in real-world corporate finance workflows
- Review model reasoning on forecasting models, financial reporting, and business performance analysis
- Provide detailed, experience-based feedback on accuracy, financial intuition, and institutional realism
- Annotate datasets and create high-quality training examples for financial AI systems
- Leverage Bloomberg Terminal to validate and enrich financial data outputs
- Collaborate with researchers to refine model performance on FP&A workflows
- Document financial reasoning and decision-making processes clearly
Requirements
- 3–10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
- Day-to-day experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Professional Bloomberg Terminal experience (required)
- Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and business drivers
- Strong written communication and analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to provide candid, experience-based feedback on financial tools
Preferred
- Experience with quant tools (Python, Excel modeling, Power BI)
- Interest in AI/ML applications in finance
- Background in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
