A leading global investment manager is building out its Finance team and this role sits right at the center of it.

This is not a back-office reporting role. It’s a commercial, forward-looking FP&A seat with real visibility to senior leadership and direct involvement in decision making.

The Role

• Own monthly financial dashboards for senior management.
• Analyze revenue, cost drivers and KPIs to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Partner with business leaders on budgeting and strategic initiatives.
• Build financial models to support product expansion and growth decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with Risk, Strategy and HR on firm wide projects.
• Support financial reporting as required.

Requirements

• 4+ years FP&A experience (financial services preferred).
• Strong Excel (VBA / macros a plus) and analytical skillset.
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
