Responsibilities

1. Mining business procurement needs, market research, understanding market trends and supply-side distribution;

2. Collect and integrate market information, supply-side resource development, and complete procurement strategy planning;

3. Planning the annual frame target of the responsible category and planning and developing implementation plans;

4. Be able to complete independently and efficiently, including but not limited to: tender preparation, organization of procurement, organization of evaluation, pricing results output, contract signing and other procurement matters;

5. Can effectively control the supplier or project implementation, compliance implementation process, and timely feedback and problem-solving;

6. Responsible for monitoring the implementation of the contract and delivery acceptance, and can deal with abnormal issues;

7. Dynamic evaluation of suppliers, including but not limited to: improving existing supplier pool, developing new suppliers, evaluating suppliers, performance management of certified suppliers, developing and maintaining supplier relationships;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. At least 5 years of working experience, at least 3 years work experience in procurement;

3. Good at problem identification and problem solving, excellent business negotiation ability, organizational coordination ability and flexible communication ability;

4. Strong logic and analytical ability, strong comprehensive management ability and adaptability;

5. CPPM or CPSM certificate preferred;

6. Be able to adapt to frequent business trips.
