Job Title: Senior Director of Marketing

A growing consumer products organization is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to lead the transformation of its marketing function into a high-performing commercial driver of growth.

This role will be responsible for evolving marketing into a strategic, operationally rigorous, and performance-driven discipline that supports and accelerates growth across key channels — including Direct-to-Consumer, Wholesale, Marketplace, and institutional business channels.

The Senior Director will serve as both a strategic leader and operational architect, responsible for building the systems, structure, and capabilities required to deliver consistent, high-impact marketing that drives measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales, eCommerce, and Product teams to drive revenue growth across all channels
  • Translate business priorities into clear marketing strategies that drive demand, conversion, and sell-through
  • Lead product marketing initiatives including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
  • Develop integrated cross-channel campaigns aligned with key commercial moments and seasonal initiatives
  • Build and implement marketing operational systems, workflows, and asset management processes
  • Establish KPIs tied to revenue, conversion, lead generation, and performance metrics
  • Oversee performance marketing and customer acquisition efforts across digital channels
  • Serve as a central cross-functional partner across Sales, Product, Design, and eCommerce
  • Assess and evolve team structure, capabilities, and external partner relationships

Required Experience

  • 10–15 years of marketing experience with strong exposure to marketing operations and performance marketing
  • Proven track record driving measurable business growth through marketing
  • Experience across omnichannel environments including wholesale, eCommerce, and marketplaces
  • Demonstrated ability to build or transform marketing organizations and operating models
  • Strong understanding of product marketing and go-to-market strategy

Salary $175,000-$225,000 + Bonus Eligibility
