Indexed description

We are working with a highly regarded single-family office and are supporting an allocator-focused investment role. We are looking for someone with ~6 years of experience in an allocator / fund investments capacity, ideally from an endowment or family office background, though other institutional investing experience may also be considered.

The role is focused on evaluating and selecting private equity managers, and building and managing a portfolio of fund investments across private markets.

Strong experience in private equity fund investing is important, including exposure to:

  • Fund selection and manager evaluation
  • Deep diligence on PE funds (track record, strategy, team, and positioning)
  • Portfolio construction across private markets and vintages
  • Capital allocation decisions across multiple PE funds

This is a fund investing / allocator seat focused on allocating capital to private equity managers (not direct company investing). The role requires strong judgment in assessing funds, comparing managers, and building institutional-level portfolios with a long-term investment mindset.
