HP Inc. is seeking an enterprise-client sales professional to lead our engagement in key enterprise and strategic government engagements. You will manage the strategic development and executive relationships across several industry/vertical specific clients and integration partners across the island of Ireland.

The objective is to deliver sustainable and long-term strategic growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering on HP’s integrated portfolio strategy – ranging from workspace, collaboration, document management and connected services. Encompassing HP’s digital experience enterprise solution, namely HP Workforce Experience Platform.

This role is a senior position that offers the potential for the right candidate demonstrate their capabilities on an individual contributor basis and for this to lead into a country and/or statutory directorship position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive‑level relationships with clients, integration partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Clearly communicate HP’s value and strategic competencies.
  • Develop and executive on a bold, actionable plan that encompasses HP’s Future of Work strategy.
  • Accurately forecast multi‑million‑dollar client business opportunities across HP’s weekly, monthly and quarterly cadence process
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date pipeline data through an effective process of management.
  • Deliver customer value by expanding client relationships into adjacent areas of HP’s enterprise focussed technology, solutions, services and software stack.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Assist and mentor a growing team based in Dublin.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years of successful enterprise client management expertise.
  • With an emphasis on government – both central, devolved, framework and sector specific competencies in Health, Education and Local Government.
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring/developing early career talent.
  • Excellent forecasting and pipeline management acumen.
  • Proven ability to manage risks, resolve issues, and deliver results.
  • Demonstrable presentation and communication skills, ideally with director/ executive level audiences.

This position is based in Dublin, Ireland and includes travel as an integral part of the role. Please note that the position is on-site and cannot be performed remotely.
