You’ll be responsible for understanding the client's business, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the agency delivers exceptional service and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for strategic guidance and campaign performance.
- Developing a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.
- Communicating campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients on a regular basis.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within the client's business.
- Managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Leveraging proprietary WPP AI tools to enhance campaign strategy, targeting, and optimization.
- Knowledge of how AI can be utilized to enhance campaign strategy, targeting, production and optimization.
- Extensive experience in account management and strategic planning for digital/social/content campaigns in a real-time, agile marketing environment.
- Strong production experience inclusive of CGI (AI a plus!)
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
