Ring of Fire is a well-established apparel company specializing in young men’s, men’s, boys’, juniors’, and girls’ apparel across wholesale, off-price, big-box, and private label channels.
We currently sell to major national retailers and are looking for an experienced sales leader to help expand and manage existing business across off-price, big-box, and private label accounts.
This is a high-upside opportunity for someone who already has strong relationships in the retail apparel industry and understands how to grow profitable volume.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and grow existing major retail accounts
• Open new off-price, big-box, and private label opportunities
• Develop relationships with buyers and merchants
• Drive category expansion across denim, fleece, knits, woven tops, basics, and fashion apparel
• Work closely with ownership, sourcing, and production teams
• Negotiate programs, margins, costing, and delivery timelines
• Help shape long-term sales strategy and customer growth
Ideal Background
We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in:
• Off-price apparel
• Big-box retail
• Private label apparel
• Wholesale/import apparel sales
Experience and relationships in the following categories are a major plus:
• Young Men’s
• Men’s
• Boys’
• Juniors’
• Girls’
Strong preference for candidates with relationships or experience involving:
• Ross
• Burlington
• TJX / Marshalls
• Macy’s
• Walmart
• Target
• National department stores
• Specialty retail chains
• National off-price or value retailers
Qualifications
• 5+ years apparel wholesale sales experience
• Proven track record managing major retail accounts
• Strong understanding of apparel costing, margins, and retail negotiations
• Experience working with overseas production and imports preferred
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
• Existing retailer relationships strongly preferred
Compensation
