Attendance Clerk- 10 Month Position

Job Summary

The Attendance Clerk supports student success by maintaining accurate attendance records and ensuring compliance with state and district reporting requirements for EVIT and satellite campuses. This position works closely with students, parents, instructors, sending school personnel, and EVIT staff to monitor attendance, respond to inquiries, compile reports, and maintain confidential student records in accordance with FERPA and applicable laws. The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced school environment while providing excellent customer service and supporting daily campus operations.

Job Type: Full Time, 10 Month Calendar

Salary: $20.93 - $25.95 / hour. Placement in the range will be based on a combination of education and industry related experience

Qualifications

• Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school or equivalent, and
• One or more years of customer service experience,
• One or more years of increasingly responsible clerical experience, or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience

• Level 1 IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card - Required by position start date
• Proof of immunization against or immunity to measles and rubella if born after January 1, 1957.

• Experience as an attendance clerk or office support in a school district.
• Knowledge and experience using Google school-related software.
