Program Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an experienced Program Manager in New York, NY. Summary: The client is looking for a Program Management Lead to support a portfolio of operational transformation initiatives within the alternative investment operations space. The primary focus will be overseeing a vendor migration and operating model transition program, while also supporting platform onboarding efforts, workflow implementations, and process improvement initiatives across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead governance, execution, reporting, RAID management, and stakeholder coordination across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Drive accountability, timelines, delivery momentum, and cross-functional collaboration
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status updates
• Support vendor migration execution, operational readiness, and future-state operating model implementation
• Coordinate workflow, onboarding, and operational enhancement initiatives across business, operations, and technology teams

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of program/project management experience
• Strong experience managing multiple interconnected transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to independently run programs and influence stakeholders
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Experience within financial services operations or alternative investments preferred
• Business analysis experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
