Product Manager – AI / FinTech Compliance Platform

New York (5 days per week, in-office)

$170K–$220K + Equity

We’re partnering with a high-growth, AI-native compliance platform transforming how financial institutions manage regulatory obligations across SEC and FINRA frameworks.

This business is redefining a legacy category with a modern, AI-first approach — already supporting hundreds of financial institutions representing trillions in AUM, and scaling rapidly following a successful Series A.

The Opportunity

This is a high-ownership Product Manager role with full responsibility for a product line from day one.

You’ll operate in a mini-founder model, owning:

• Product discovery and problem definition
• Roadmapping and prioritisation
• Close collaboration with engineering and design
• QA, iteration, and product launch

Initial focus areas include AI-driven compliance products such as:

• Monitoring and flagging communications (email, messaging) for regulatory risk
• Reviewing marketing content for compliance adherence
