The Technology Operations team enhances Digital Workplace effectiveness by increasing operational transparency and driving continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Director of Technology Operations, the Analyst of Technology Operations will design and build data-driven solutions to elevate operational transparency and streamline workflows. This role partners with DW stakeholders to translate business needs into dashboards, reports, and workflow applications that provide meaningful insights and enable teams to work more effectively.

- Engage stakeholders to gather and document business needs, translating them into clear technical specifications
- Structure and analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that provide clear visibility into Digital Workplace operations
- Use productivity tools to build applications and automations that streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
- Define and maintain data logic, calculations, and documentation to ensure accuracy and usability of outputs
- Continuously improve the quality, usability, and adoption of dashboards, reports, and workflow applications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field (e.g., Information Systems, Business Analytics or related discipline)
- 1–3 years of experience in analytical or hands-on solution-oriented roles within technology or operations related environments
- Effective communication skills to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Ability to translate business requirements into data structures, logic, and functional requirements
- Experience using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Excel/Power BI) to manipulate data and deliver insights as dashboards or reports
- Experience using Power Platform/Power Automate, SharePoint, Airtable, ServiceNow, and Jira
- Experience building workflow applications or automations using low-code/no-code tools
- Experience in Digital Workplace, End User Computing, or related domains
- Experience using scripting to manipulate data or develop workflow solutions (e.g., SQL, Python)
- Exposure to Agile or product-based ways of working
