They are looking for a mid-level Business Operations Specialist to help own and scale the internal systems and processes. Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Business Operations/Revenue Operations within Healthcare SaaS
  • PLUS: Startup Experience
  • SQL Experience: Moderate to Expert
  • Familiarity with SaaS tools, access management, and system integrations
  • AI fluency is essential (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex or similar)
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills (Finance and CS)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Automation Tools: Proven experience in reducing manual hours and driving results


Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage ticketing and service workflows (e.g., Jira Service Management or similar tools)
  • Support and maintain internal systems (e.g., HRIS, reporting platforms, and data warehouses such as Rippling, Metabase, Snowflake, or similar)
  • Build and maintain basic SQL-based reporting (joins, aggregations, filters) to support internal teams.
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automations to reduce manual work and operational friction.
  • Support operational compliance efforts, including SOC 2 readiness, audits, and access control documentation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with all functions to translate operational needs into clear, scalable solutions.
  • Create and maintain clear SOPs and documentation for owned systems and workflows.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
