🚨 Now Hiring – Senior/Lead Business Systems Analyst

📍 Phoenix, Arizona | Hybrid/Onsite | (US Citizens)

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst Senior/Lead to act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, management, and technical teams within a large-scale judicial/business environment. This role focuses on business process analysis, Agile collaboration, requirements gathering, and system improvement initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements, create epics/user stories, and support Agile development

• Lead and mentor Business Analysts on assigned projects

• Analyze judicial/business processes and recommend system improvements

• Collaborate with developers, management, and end users

• Manage backlog items, change requests, and project timelines

• Create business process documentation, flowcharts, wireframes, and technical requirements

• Support testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and end-user training

🔹 Preferred Skills:

✔ SQL experience

✔ Agile/Scrum methodologies

✔ Test-Driven Development (TDD)

✔ Project Management experience

✔ Strong written & verbal communication

✔ Experience with reporting/data analysis

✔ Knowledge of court case management systems is a plus

🎓 Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Public Administration, Criminology, IT, or related field preferred.

📌 Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of Business Analyst or data/reporting experience.
